Our stylists’ schedules vary from day-to-day. Please view our stylists page for info about our stylists and their hours.  Please feel free to call us to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience at 302-998-3331. 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturdays
8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Walk-ins are always welcome; however, if you have a particular stylist that you prefer, an appointment is recommended.

New Trend Policies
New Trend Hair Salon accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, & American Express. We do NOT accept personal or cashiers checks. All New Trend Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire one year from the purchase date. Client must be in possession of physical card as New Trend Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you purchase a product and are unhappy with it or it is defective, we will gladly exchange for another product. Our REDO policy is valid for one week from date of service, and your hair is guaranteed for any technical issues. We DO NOT issue refunds for any reason. Our guarantee does not include a change of mind or a second application for an issue that was disclosed in the color release form prior to the service being performed.

All gratuity must be done in the form of cash.

Convenience Fee Policy Update

We will be implementing a flat fee of

  • $2.00 for transactions totaling $60 & under
  • $3.00 for transactions totaling $60 & up
  • $1.00 for deposits taken over the phone

This applies to customers paying with credit/debit cards only.

This does not apply to customers paying with a New Trend Gift Card or cash.

No-Show Policy
As of July 2020 New Trend Hair Salon started requiring deposits for all new clients, clients who we have not seen in over a year or current clients with a history of no-show and/or last minute cancellations. The deposit amount is based on the service type: $20-$40 for cuts, $40-$60 single colors, $80-$200 for foils/double process colors. The deposit is non-refundable. Once you come in for your appointment, the amount of the deposit is deducted from the total of your services. If you need to reschedule for any reason AND we are given 2 business days notice, we are able to transfer the deposit to the rescheduled date. However, if you cancel, even if we’re given more than enough notice and you do not reschedule, the deposit is still non-refundable.
