Hello! I am the owner and a full time hairstylist for the last 23 out of 33 years of my hair career. I specialize in coloring techniques, perms, natural curly hair, and keratin and straightening treatments along with inspired haircuts and styles for both men and women. I was trained not only as a stylist but also as a barber.

My mission is for every person who leaves my chair to feel the best and most beautiful version of themselves. I have had a fierce passion for the beauty industry since I was a child. I pride myself on forming strong relationships with my clients and providing them with a style, cut, and color that is as unique as they are. My extensive experience in the beauty industry continually strengthens my awareness of style and fashion. I love to see my clients happy, confident, and on the cutting edge of the latest trends.

Hi! I’m a new stylist at New Trend and a proud graduate of Schilling Douglas (Class of 2023).  I’ve worked in a few different salons over the years.  Each experience has shaped me into the stylist I am today.  What I love most about doing hair is the connection.  I love making people feel seen, be confident, and cared for.

I specialize in blowouts, color, and curly hair.  I am all about the styles that feel effortless yet polished.  I also love the wellness side of beauty by teaching my clients good routines and products that work best for their hair.  Lately, I have been loving Kenra Blow-Dry Spray for soft, frizz-free blowouts with amazing heat protection.

Hi, I’m Amanda. I am a graduate of Schilling Douglas School of Hair Design. While working aside the owners of two renowned salons, I performed advanced foiling and dimensional color techniques. I also have experience styling wigs and hairpieces.

I specialize in blowouts, unique updos, braids of all kinds, dimensional color and foils that bring hair to life. I am skilled at working with hair of all textures.
My background in dance and the arts gives me a unique eye for movement, balance and beauty.

Hi! I’m Angelica! I’m very passionate about hairstyling and all things cosmetology. I excel in color theory and love to create lived-in balayages, dimensional blonding, corrective color, and vibrant vivids. I also love blowouts, precision haircuts, layered haircuts, silk presses, texture perms, facial waxing, and I have a good eye for barbering. I am able to provide these services and have experience with all textures. I love making you all look and feel your best and can’t wait to have you in my chair.

I have been working at New Trend for six years.  I love to make all of my clients happy and to have them feeling special as they walk out of the salon.  I specialize in doing top pieces for women with thinning hair and baldness, hair extensions, foils, fashion colors, women and men’s cuts and much more!!

Hey there! I started my career as a stylist in 2018, but I’ve had a passion for hair and makeup since I was a little girl.  I specialize in fashion colors, blonding, curly hair, and layered haircuts.  I also love doing makeup and hair extensions.  Making my clients feel their very best is what I love most about my career.

I started working at New Trend in 2003.  I do all types of haircuts, coloring and perming techniques and specialize in short cuts for both men and women.  I also like to do updos and formal styling.

I’ve been in this industry and working at New Trend since the beginning of 2019.  My love for hair has expanded tremendously since that time.  I specialize in color corrections, men’s barbering, makeup, and permanent waving.  I am extremely passionate for making everyone feel beautiful and confident. I’m a newly licensed cosmetologist and proud to be a New Talent here at New Trend. After completing two years of cosmetology school in May 2025, I’ve been excited to dive into all areas of beauty. I first fell in love with makeup and skincare, and once I discovered the world of cosmetology, I became motivated to learn as much as I could! Some of my favorite services include creating a bouncy blowout after a fresh cut, waxing, colors, and updos. What I love most about New Trend is the supportive environment that encourages me to keep growing and expanding my skills. I can’t wait for the chance to make you feel your very best!

I have been with the New Trend Family since 2012. Many of you know me as the upbeat bubbly personality that used to be behind the front desk. I am now behind my own chair. I started my apprenticeship in 2017 and as of September 2018, I am now a stylist. I have a love for color but also enjoy doing men’s cuts and long hair styling. Everyday is a new experience and I am loving making my clients feel beautiful!

I started my hair journey in 2015 and couldn’t love what I do more!  I specialize in transformations such as color corrections, special blonding, and fashion colors.  I also have been doing lash extensions since 2018. Making people feel pretty and achieving their goal hair color and style is my favorite thing about my job.

I began my hair career in April of 2023.  I absolutely love every aspect of doing hair from balayage to color to men’s and women’s haircuts.  The best part about this job is getting to make my clients feel great about themselves when they’re in my chair.  Hope to see you soon!

Hi! My name is Lexi! I am a New Talent Stylist here at New Trend.  I graduated from Schilling Douglas in September 2020.  Since then, I have worked in a few different salons and have learned different techniques from each.  I enjoy all the girly things like makeup and skincare.  My favorite thing to do would be blonding and curly hair.  Lately, my go-to product would have to be Kenra Blow Dry Spray.  It gives everyone’s hair a perfect start for an amazing blowout and is a great heat protectant.  I would love to see you in my chair soon for a self-care day.

Lynne specializes in men’s cuts, perms, updos, and hair coloring. She has been in business for over 30 years.

Ever since I was a kid, I have always wanted to do hair. I was finally able to follow my dream when I joined the amazing group of ladies at New Trend in 2016.   I love doing fun colors and basically anything that helps my clients feel beautiful. I love meeting new people every day and watching them leave my chair with a smile on their face!  Everyday is a new adventure! I am currently at the salon Monday through Thursday to help make your hair goals come true!

Hi!  My name is Sasha.  I started my journey of becoming a hair stylist in 2022.  My favorite thing to do is foiling and making my girls BLONDE!! However, I enjoy everything that comes with being a hair stylist.  My favorite product to use behind the chair is Kenra Hair Spray because it gives a smooth sleek finish.

Hello world! My name is Tyaira (Ty for short). I am a hairstylist here at New Trend, and I love changing up people’s looks and making the world more beautiful. I specialize in almost every chemical service and work with all types of hair. My mom is a hairstylist as well, so I’ve been breathing in hairspray since I was a baby. LOL! Being a hairstylist is such an amazing profession to me because I get to meet so many people and experience that confidence boost from the moment they are in my chair to the moment they leave.
